Wolcott and RealSTEEL are dedicated to providing flexible support, services and resources that help to quickly address technical issues and get you back to work in a timely manner.
Our support staff is comprised of Microsoft Dynamics NAV certified professionals and is dedicated to the ongoing support of our customers’ questions and issues.
Customer Care and Support Services Include:
- Staffed help desk providing telephone assistance Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Our support desk may be reached:

- Automated case management system to track issues from Open to Close. Optional client portal for online creation, monitoring and review of customer’s cases.
- Most issues responded to within 2 hours. All issues responded to within 8 hours.
- Knowledgebase for FAQs, etc. is included in online help with product installation
RealSTEEL Software Releases and Upgrades
RealSTEEL is an investment. As a strategic partner with Microsoft Dynamics, Wolcott and RealSTEEL are committed to remaining up-to-date as Microsoft adds new features and the latest product innovations to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
RealSTEEL will provide support services for the current version and the preceding version of the product. Additional support may be provided on a per incident basis for prior versions of the product.
